This is the recipe that I used for the garlic-rosemary potatoes that I made for book club tonight:

The only thing I really did differently is that I used red potatoes and also added the juice from one lemon.
The salad just came mostly from my garden, it had romaine, green leaf lettuce, arugula, fennel, and bok choy (I don't know if I spelled that right and am too lazy to look it up). I also put in green onions from the garden. The other ingredients were a pear, feta cheese, and creamy balsamic vinagerette. I can't think of the name of the brand for the dressing and I can't look at the bottle beacuse I left it at Emily's house.

First Meeting: June 27th
Hi ladies!
I know Emily sent out a facebook message over the weekend, but I just wanted to remind you all that our first meeting is this Thursday, the 27th at Emily P's house. We are planning on meeting around 6pm. The food theme for the night will be summery foods (although the weather has been very unfestive this week). If you all want to post on here what type of dish you're bringing, that might be good, just so we don't end up having 6 potato salads or some such nonsense. :) If you just want to say things like "green salad" or "fruit" that would be sufficient.
Many of us read Tina Fey's Bossypants this month, but if you didn't get a chance, please come anyway! We will spend time talking about other books we may want to read and just enjoying each other's company.
See you Thursday!

Welcome!
Hi ladies! I'm so excited about being in a book club. Hopefully this will end up being fun and fulfilling for all of us. Is there anyone that has a particular interest in hosting our first meeting for Bossypants?
